About the Company 

The CanadaMortgage.com Internet site is managed under contract by Pioneer West Acceptance Corporation (Pioneer). It primarily operates as an information portal about mortgages and mortgage financing, but has granted Pioneer the right to offer mortgage services to customers applying for a mortgage through the CanadaMortgage.com site. Applications submitted through the CanadaMortgage.com Internet site or telephony systems are securely routed to Pioneer who accepts all responsibility regarding compliance with local, Provincial, and Federal regulations and laws.

 Fees and Services 

Use of the CanadaMortgage.com site is offered to applicants free of charge. There are no fees relating to the mortgage application, or application for any other product or service, through CanadaMortgage.com. Regardless, a fee may be charged directly to the applicant by a mortgage lending financial institution or Pioneer if the applicant decides to proceed with their application. We receive an advertising fee from Pioneer on applications that result in funding.

 Limitation of Liability 

The CanadaMortgage.com Internet site and services is provided "as is" to the user without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, non infringement of intellectual property or fitness for any particular purpose.

Except as may be otherwise expressly provided by written agreement between us and the user, we will have no tort, contract or any other liability to the user and/or any third party arising in connection with the use of this Internet site, or reliance on any information or services provided at this Internet site. We will under no circumstances be liable to the user and/or any third party, regardless of the form of action, for any lost profits or lost opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not endorse the services of Pioneer or its partners. Those applicants that are hesitant to provide personal information over the Internet are encouraged to select the "Arrange A Call Back" option and to proceed with their application conventionally by phone, fax or in person with Pioneer.
